1.Innovative Hollow-Core Design: The internal multi-cell (2-layer, 3-layer, 4-layer, or even more) structure not only reduces the sheet’s weight by 30%-50% compared to solid sheets of the same thickness but also creates air-filled cavities that act as excellent thermal insulators. This design effectively blocks heat transfer, keeping indoor spaces cooler in summer and warmer in winter, thus lowering energy consumption for heating and cooling.
2.Superior Impact Resistance: Especially for polycarbonate (PC) hollow sheets, the material boasts impact strength 250-300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic sheets. It is shatterproof and can withstand harsh conditions like hail, strong winds, or accidental impacts, ensuring long-term structural integrity.
